All orders are processed before delivery, this can take up to 48 hours.

Once processed a further 2-3 working days is needed for delivery.

Our deliveries are done through Royal Mail Tracked 48 which includes full online tracking so you can monitor the items progress.

Once you have received your delivery please inspect your goods to check that they are not damaged, and that you have not received a wrong item. So that we can rectify this as soon as possible.

Please note: We are unable to cover return postage costs except in the case of damaged/wrong products being received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Remove all packaging and place wax melt in the well of your wax warmer
• Use an unscented 4-hour tealight
• Never over fill your wax burner
• Once tea light is lit inside wax burner, please handle with care
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Don't move wax burner while it's hot
